About My Just Desserts

Welcome to My Just Desserts. We opened My Just Desserts-Alton in February 1989 at 31 East Broadway. That building was built by Simeon Ryder, ca. 1845 with heavy timbers and brick construction. It was known for many years as the Krug Flower shop. In Alton we serve lunch only, seven days a week.
    

Lee Mott built his drug and grocery store at 18 LaSalle Street, Elsah, in 1894. In Elsah, we serve lunch Wednesday thru Sunday and supper Friday thru Sunday.  Our menus will differ, but you can be assured that the same great pies and chicken salad that you have come to expect will be in both locations.
