Meet Phyllis Brockman

Phyllis has worked at My Just Desserts as our Soup Cook since August 2012. Phyllis retired after 20 years as a cook for a barge company.  Phyllis decided she wanted to fill her free time and continue her trade. Phyllis works about 4 days a week making our delicious soups with some of her own one-of-a-kind recipes. She works hard with the Mary and Yvonne to come up with creative menu ideas.
